Otherwise we should have nominated some residential work for 10 worst… If not, then Alington House deserves an appearance on the long/shortlist… Also, Parliamentary Library (would be a good counter to the Defense/Environment House – as cost cutting measures they cut out a whole floor rather than dispense with the decorative elements of the processional areas!)
