wobbles Probable Cause Setscrew in motor coupling is loose. Check to Exhaust Fan Soffit Vent sure the screws which attach the fan flanges to Exhaust Fan Soffit Vent motor hub are tight.
Soffit is intake and the end of the bathroom vent pipe is hanging inside the soffit & not the the exterior. They make a nice soffit vent termination connector that allows the vent pipe to terminate outside and below the soffit. When this happens, the air is dissapated to the exterior rather than being sucked up along the sheathing causing this problem. The definition of outside or exterior is the issue. This is not allowed. Like I said, I see this all the time in homes that are 5-10 years old and it is the same situation all the time.
