He lectures on industrial ventilation at NUS's postgraduate courses, and other safety and health training courses. He has written many papers, articles and guidelines on occupational hygiene and related subjects. He is a member of the American Conferences of Governmental Industrial Hygienists and the America Industrial Hygiene Association.
